1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The company SDA EUROPE SLU hereinafter "Mellerware" with address at Calle Balmes, 351, 1º1ª, 08006, Barcelona and identification number B-67524504 organizes for promotional purposes the raffle hereinafter, "the Promotion") at a national level, to be developed at via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the conditions for participation section.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will take place from December 1, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., until December 24, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

- Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.

- Only those participants who register in the form with their name and email will be able to participate.

- The personal data with which the participants fill out the registration form must be true data.

- Participants may participate in this promotion only 1 time a day.

The mechanics of the Promotion consists of:

1.- Users must enter the website www.mellerware.com to participate and have the chance to win the daily prize.

2.- Within the advent calendar, there will be 24 boxes to open. Each day they must open the box corresponding to the day in question.

3.- Only those users who register in the form with their name and email will be able to participate.

4.- The prizes that have been given in previous days will be visible to all users during the 24 days.

5.- The gift card will be compatible with discount codes. A user can apply a discount code to the shopping cart and then use the gift card.

6.- The gift card will only be valid and must be used with the email of the winning user.

7.- The gift card will be valid until December 31, 2023.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

There will be a winner every day, from December 1 to December 24, so there will be a total of 24 prizes:

- 21 prizes will be: €10 gift card to spend on the web.

- 1 prize will be: €25 gift card to spend on the web.

- 1 prize will be: €50 gift card to spend on the web.

- 1 prize will be: €100 gift card to spend on the web.

Each daily prize can only be won by 1 participant.

Winners will be contacted by email the next business day. An email will be sent to them as they have been winners, along with the discount voucher.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under of this Promotion.

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.

Mellerware reserves the right, for just cause and prior legal notice, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.

Any tax or tax charge that acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Mellerware in these Legal Bases, will be borne by the winner.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of awarding the prize, to make any reasoned claim. Mellerware reserves the right to substitute the prize for another with similar characteristics, if necessary.

6.- EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant regarding the prize obtained from this Promotion, and does not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion could not be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Mellerware and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify , or suspend it, including the participation website.

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the participants in the Promotion.

9.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
