Our shipping policy is straightforward! As an online brand, we want you to receive your product quickly and affordably. Sounds easy, right? Well, we've put a lot of effort into optimizing our supply chain to offer you free shipping to anywhere in the Iberian Peninsula... in less than 48 hours!
How do we do it?
- We design the packaging with product safety in mind, starting from the manufacturing stage.
- We have tailored our order preparation process to meet your needs, allowing us to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. We're proud of our Warehouse team, who will do their best to meet this goal.
- We have partnerships with three transport providers: GLS, DHL, and SEUR. Our algorithm chooses the transport option with the best price and service for your specific destination.
Important: If you are in the Iberian Peninsula, place your order before 12:00 PM, and you will receive it the next day.
Shipping charges:
- €0 for the entire Iberian Peninsula
- Starting from €2.5 for shipments to the Balearic Islands
- €9 for shipments to Europe
- Unfortunately, due to our current logistical capacity, we regret to inform you that we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
