To return an order, log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section. Find the relevant order and click on “Request Return”. Then, select the items you wish to return, indicate the reason using the form provided, and confirm your request. Once the process is complete, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.

Frequently Asked Questions about Returns and Refunds:
1. What is the return period?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. During certain times of the year, this period may be extended. If an extension applies, we’ll clearly communicate it on our website and it will only affect products purchased during that specific period.
2. Can I return my order after the return period has ended?
Products cannot be returned once the 30-day return window has passed, unless there is a manufacturing defect. If your product has a fault within the warranty period, we’ll activate the appropriate process and you’ll be able to return it free of charge.
3. What if the product arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your delivery, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days or fill in this form.
All our products include a 3-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the date on your purchase invoice. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, impact, misuse or mishandling (that deviates from the user manual), incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear from regular use.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to cancel it. If you need to make changes, we recommend waiting for the order to arrive and then returning it for free. To change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Support team via this form.
5. Can I change the items in my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify its contents. If you wish to make any changes, please wait until your order arrives and return it free of charge.
6. Can I update my shipping details?
You cannot make changes directly through our website. However, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier with all the relevant information and a link where you can update your delivery details.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt. We will then process your refund within 4 to 5 business days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank.
