At Mellerware, returns are always free. If you need to return a product, follow the steps below, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you have a customer account?
To return an order, log into your account and go to your order section. Find the relevant order and click on "Request Return". Then, select the products you wish to return, indicate the reason for the return in the corresponding form, and confirm your request. Once this process is complete, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to proceed with the return.

Some FAQs about returns or refunds:
1. What is the return period?
The return period is 30 days from the delivery date. During certain times of the year, this period may be exceptionally extended. If an extension applies, it will be clearly stated on our website and will only affect purchases made during that specific period.
2. Can I return my order after the return period?
Orders cannot be returned after the return period, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If the product has a fault or malfunction within the warranty period, the corresponding process will be activated, allowing you to return it for free.
3. What if my product arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days or fill out the following form.

All our products come with a 3-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the invoice date but does not cover damage due to negligence, impacts, improper use, incorrect installations, or normal wear and tear.
4. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our team using this form.
5. Can I change the items in my order?
Once you have placed an order, you cannot modify it. We recommend canceling the order through this form and placing a new one with the correct items.
6. Can I change my shipping details?
You cannot make changes through our website. However, once the package leaves our facilities, you will receive an email from the courier service with a link to modify your delivery details.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will then be processed within 4 to 5 business days using the same payment method. The exact processing time depends on your bank.
