These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all product sales carried out by SDA Europe, S.L.U. through the website https://mellerware.com. Placing an order through this system implies, in all cases, acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time by SDA Europe, S.L.U. and will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the website.
Price of Articles
The price of the items is indicated at all times during the ordering process, at the date of placing the order, clearly detailing the Value Added Tax (VAT) and shipping costs. SDA Europe, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify prices and charges at any time, as well as to refuse transactions in the event of errors of any kind (printing, calculation, or writing).

When placing the order, you must ensure that the information provided is complete and correct. The order does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by SDA Europe, S.L.U. SDA Europe, S.L.U. reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion. The data recorded by SDA Europe, S.L.U. shall constitute absolute proof of the order and the entire procedure.
Transport and Delivery
The delivery of orders confirmed by SDA Europe, S.L.U. will be made directly to the address indicated in the order, always within the Peninsula (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and in the following countries: France, Italy, and Germany. The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of purchase. SDA Europe, S.L.U. will not be held responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control (logistics, force majeure, etc.).
You must check the condition and quantity of the product delivered and may notify any anomaly to SDA Europe, S.L.U. within 30 days of receipt. We recommend checking your package upon delivery to ensure everything matches your order and is in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the items delivered or their condition, sign and manually indicate the anomalies on the carrier’s delivery slip. If the package is not received within the indicated timeframe, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier to resolve the incident.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product if you are not satisfied with it within 30 days from the date of receipt, by sending an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) to SDA Europe, S.L.U. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the expiry of the period. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional charges will be incurred. The goods will be collected at our expense. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. You may exercise this right by any legally recognized means, and for your convenience, you may download a withdrawal form template from our website. After due verification, SDA Europe, S.L.U. will refund the price paid and any invoiced charges, reserving the right to apply deductions if the product is not returned in the stated condition.

Products purchased through this website are directly guaranteed by the manufacturer, under the terms and conditions indicated in the documentation provided with them and in accordance with current legislation. Limitation of Liability
Without limiting the scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, any possible claim of any kind against SDA Europe, S.L.U. shall be limited to the purchase price invoiced for the products involved.
Product Availability
The selection of products offered on https://mellerware.com is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock. As this is e-commerce, stock is updated online, so it is possible that the product may be out of stock during the purchase process. If your order contains other items in stock, you will have the option to continue with their purchase.
Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any relationship between the user and SDA Europe, S.L.U. shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
