PROCESSING AND PURPOSE

1.- Contact Forms
You may contact us through various forms and chats on our websites, where you can make inquiries on any subject. In these, we request your data (name, e-mail and information about your inquiry and the product it may refer to) for the sole purpose of properly handling the inquiry submitted.

2.- Invoice Request Forms
If you wish to request that we send you the invoice corresponding to an order, you may fill out a form created for that purpose. You will be asked for the following information: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, ID number, full postal address, and order number. All of these are necessary in order for us to properly handle your request and send you the requested invoice.

3.- Product Return Request Forms
If you wish to request the return of a product purchased through one of our websites, you may do so by completing the corresponding form, in which your e-mail and order number will be requested. These data are collected for the purpose of effectively managing the return of your product under the established conditions, which will be carried out by an external transport service. They are also necessary in order to process the refund for the returned order, if applicable.

4.- Communications and News
Provided you so request, we offer you the possibility of receiving commercial communications regarding Taurus Group products, as well as recipes, news, updates, collaborations, events and specific offers. To send these communications, we will request only your e-mail address, which will be used exclusively for this purpose.

To adapt our communications to your interests and needs, for advertising, statistical and market analysis purposes, we use analytical tools that collect and process personal data derived from the interactions carried out with the e-mails we send. This gives us information on whether the e-mail has been opened, whether it has been interacted with, as well as technical details of the device on which the content was viewed. This information is used solely for statistical purposes in relation to our communications and campaigns, to adjust them to users’ needs and interests.

Each e-mail includes a link that allows you to revoke your consent. If you decide to unsubscribe, the personal data you have provided will be deleted from the database within 15 days of the cancellation date (for technical reasons), and the usage data collected will be processed only anonymously for statistical purposes.

5.- Account Creation
To obtain benefits and use certain services we offer, you may register and create an account. At registration, you will be asked for an e-mail address, your name and surname, and a password. Later, you may, if you wish, provide additional data such as your full postal address, enabling us to offer you better services. This also facilitates the management of inquiries by our staff.

For the purpose of better understanding our clientele, we will use the information you provide during registration (gender, age, location, etc.) for statistical purposes, helping us to create targeted actions for different user profiles.

Once registered, you will be fully informed about updates related to Mellerware and will receive commercial communications about Mellerware products, as well as recipes, news, collaborations, events and special offers.

If you unsubscribe, the personal data you have provided will be deleted within 15 days, and the usage data collected will be processed only anonymously for statistical purposes.

You will also be able to make your purchases more conveniently in the online shop, track your orders, manage returns, and update your addresses and personal information. Your information will be used exclusively to properly manage your orders and shipments, as well as to maintain a record of your purchases.

6.- Promotions and Sweepstakes
If you participate in a sweepstake or promotion, certain data may be requested from you. These will be used solely to register your participation, manage the sweepstake or promotion, and contact the winner. The information provided may also be used for statistical purposes to better understand our customers, helping us to create targeted actions for different profiles.

7.- Online Store
To manage and finalize your purchases through the website, we will request the necessary data to carry out the online sale of products in compliance with all legal and tax requirements. These data are also needed to manage the shipment of products to your address once the purchase process is completed. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of enabling and managing your online purchase, shipment and delivery.

DATA RETENTION

1.- Contact Forms
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to properly address your inquiry. They will be deleted 6 months after your request has been satisfactorily resolved.

2.- Invoice Request Forms
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to properly handle your request. The data contained in the invoice itself will be retained for the legally required period.

3.- Product Return Request Forms
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to properly organize and manage the return of products. They will also be kept as long as required to comply with legal obligations.

4.- Commercial Communications
While you are subscribed to the service, your data will be retained to properly manage the receipt of communications and news. If you unsubscribe, your personal data will be deleted within 15 days, and usage data will be processed only anonymously for statistical purposes.

5.- Account Creation
Registered user data will be retained until the user deletes their account. At any time, the user may delete their account by accessing the "My Account" section and selecting "Delete Account."

Data relating to purchases and orders that must be legally retained will be stored for the legally established period.

6.- Promotions and Sweepstakes
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to properly manage your participation. They will be deleted 6 months after completion.

7.- Online Store
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to properly manage the purchase and shipment of products, and for the legally established period.

Without prejudice to the above, we will retain your data for the limitation periods established by law, to comply with our legal obligations and preserve our rights.

LEGAL BASIS

In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent, voluntarily given when completing the form and expressly accepting the processing of your personal data for the purposes described above.

DATA DISCLOSURE

We will not transfer your data to third parties, except where required by law.

However, we work with several service providers (including Taurus Group companies) who are necessary for the effective and efficient development of our services. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be communicated to these providers, always in accordance with current regulations and under contracts signed with them as data processors, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

These providers include communication, marketing, digital media and social network agencies, hosting providers, technical service providers, additional website functionalities, technical support services, and transport agencies for the delivery and collection of products.

USER RIGHTS

Any individual has the right to know whether the data controllers are processing personal data concerning them.

You have the right at any time to access your personal data, request their rectification if they are incorrect or have changed, and request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were provided. The right to object is equivalent to the right to suspend processing.

In certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

For reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data, in which case the controllers will cease to process them, except for compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

The rights to portability and automated decision-making do not apply to the type of data and processing involved here.
