Treatments and purpose

1.- CONTACT FORMS

You can contact us via various forms and chats on our websites to make inquiries on any topic. We ask for data (name, email, and information about your inquiry and the product in question) solely to process your inquiry properly.

 

2.- INVOICE REQUEST FORMS

If you wish to request an invoice for an order, you can fill out a form created for that purpose. We ask for the following data: name, surname, email, phone number, ID, full postal address, and order number. This data is necessary to process your request and send the desired invoice. This data is collected solely for the purpose of processing the invoice.

 

3.- PRODUCT RETURN REQUEST FORMS

If you wish to request the return of a product purchased through one of our websites, you can do so via the corresponding form where we ask for your email and order number. This information is collected to manage the return process under the established conditions, which will be carried out by an external shipping service. We also need this information to process the refund if applicable.

 

4.- COMMUNICATIONS AND NEWS

  1. If you request it, we offer the option to receive commercial communications about our products, as well as recipes, news, updates, collaborations, events, and even specific offers. To send these communications, we ask for your email, which will only be used for this purpose.

This way, we can track if the email was opened, if there was interaction, and the technical information of the device used to view the content. Each email includes a link to revoke consent. If you unsubscribe, the personal data you provided will be deleted from the database within 15 days of the cancellation date (due to technical reasons), and the usage data collected will be treated anonymously for statistical purposes only.

To access certain benefits and services we offer, you can register and create an account. During registration, we ask for your email, name, surname, and password. Later, you may add information such as your full postal address, enabling us to provide better services. This will facilitate our team’s handling of inquiries or comments.

After registering, you will be well-informed about Mellerware updates and receive commercial communications, recipes, news, collaborations, events, and specific offers.

If you participate in a promotion or giveaway, we may request certain data. Data retention

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to manage and resolve your inquiry. Your data will be deleted 6 months after successfully resolving your inquiry.

 

2.- INVOICE REQUEST FORMS

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request properly. The invoice data will be retained for the legally mandated period.

 

3.- PRODUCT RETURN REQUEST FORMS

We will keep your data for the time necessary to be able to organize and manage the return of the products correctly. Your data will also be kept as long as it is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

 

4.- COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

While you are subscribed, we retain your data to manage the reception of communications and news. If you unsubscribe, the personal data provided will be deleted within 15 days of cancellation, and usage data will be processed anonymously for statistical purposes.

 

5.- ACCOUNT CREATION

The data of registered users is kept until the user deletes their account.

At any time, the user can delete their account by accessing the "My Account" section, using the "Unsubscribe" button.

The data related to purchases and orders made that must be kept by law will be kept for the legally established period.

 

6.- PROMOTIONS AND GIVEAWAYS

We will keep your data for the time necessary to correctly manage your participation in the raffle or promotion. Your data will be deleted 6 months after having satisfactorily resolved your query.

 

7.- ONLINE STORE

We will keep your data for the time necessary to correctly manage the purchase and shipment of the products and the legally established period for which this data must be kept in the possession of the companies.

Without prejudice to what is previously established in relation to the data retention periods, we inform you that we will keep the data during the established limitation periods to comply with our legal obligations, as well as to preserve our rights.

 

Legitimation

In accordance with article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), of Regulation (EU) 2016/67, the legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent, which has been made by filling in the form voluntarily, whatever the device from which it was carried out, and with the express acceptance of the processing of personal data for the purpose described above for each of the treatments.

 

Communication

We will not transfer data to third parties, except by legal obligation.

On the other hand, we inform you that we work with several service providers that are necessary for the correct development of our services in an effective and efficient manner, for which reason we must, in certain circumstances and conditions, communicate your personal data to them. This communication is always carried out in accordance with current regulations and, given their status as treatment managers, as stipulated in the contracts entered into with them that legitimize the access of said providers to personal data. All this in accordance with the provisions of article 28 of the GDPR.

These service providers are communication, marketing, digital media and social media agencies, hosting service providers, associated technical services and additional functionalities for websites, technical assistance service providers and transport agencies for shipping and collecting products.

 

User rights

Anyone has the right to know if the Data Controllers are processing personal data that concerns them.

You will have the right at any time to access your personal data, request its rectification in the event that it is not correct or has changed, request the deletion of the data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was provided. . The opposition exercise is equal to the suspension exercise.

In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.

For reasons related to your particular situation, you may oppose the processing of your data, in which case the controllers will stop processing them except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

Data accuracy

The users of the indicated services are responsible for the veracity of their data and undertake not to enter false data and to proceed to modify them if necessary.
