
Curry Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 pack of instant noodles
- ½ onion
- 2-3 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 glass of broth or water
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Sautéed shimeji mushrooms
- Spring onion (green stalk)
- Soy-marinated boiled egg
- Gyozas

Let's cook
- Sauté half an onion in a saucepan until soft.
- Meanwhile, stir-fry some mushrooms and set them aside.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of curry powder to the onion along with a glass of water or broth to cook the instant noodles.
- Once cooked, simply serve with your favorite toppings.
- You can use mushrooms, a soy-marinated boiled egg, some spring onion, and a few gyozas.
- And enjoy this amazing dish!
