
Tomato and strawberry gazpacho
Ingredients
- 500g of strawberries
- 500g of red tomatoes
- 1 small garlic clove
- ½ chopped green pepper
- ½ PEADO MEDIUM PEPIN
- 4 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Let's cook
- First incorporate strawberries and chopped tomatoes into your blender.
- Once you have the garlic and onion peeled and chopped, also incorporate them into your blender and crush them.
- Add the other ingredients together with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Once you have everything crushed, you can add water to obtain a more liquid consistency.
