
Avocado Hummus with Almonds and Cilantro
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- Juice of half a lemon
- 200 g of cooked organic chickpeas
- A handful of raw almonds with skin
- 1 garlic clove
- A handful of fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 heaping tablespoon of tahini
- A pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, ground cumin, and cayenne
- A good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- A bit of water

Let's cook
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender at maximum power.
- Adjust salt and EVOO to taste.
- Garnish with chopped almonds, cilantro, and a generous drizzle of oil.
