Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 200 g of cooked organic chickpeas
  • A handful of raw almonds with skin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • A handful of fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of tahini
  • A pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, ground cumin, and cayenne
  • A good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • A bit of water

Let's cook
  1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender at maximum power.
  2. Adjust salt and EVOO to taste.
  3. Garnish with chopped almonds, cilantro, and a generous drizzle of oil.
  4. Enjoy!
