
Potato wedges with Just Spices seasoning
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes without peeling.
- 2 C.P. of the seasoning for roasted potatoes of Just Spices.
- 1 C.S. of extra virgin olive oil.
- Salt to taste.

Let's cook
- Preheat the fryer 2 minutes at 180ºC.
- Wash the potatoes (without peeling) and cut them into segments.
- Place them in a bowl with very cold water to release the starch.
- Dry them with a kitchen paper and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Add the C.S. of oil, salt and 2 C.P. of the seasoning.
- Cook in the air fryer 17 minutes at 180ºC (open the basket and remove every 5 minutes).
