
Piparras
Ingredients
- 250 gr. of fresh piparras.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Salt in scales.
- Lemon.

Let's cook
- Wash the piparras.
- In a bowl Add the piparras and olive oil and integrate well.
- Cook in the air fryer 10 minutes at 200ºC.
- Remove them and add the lemon juice on top and sprinkle scales salt.
