Does the Comfy Wifi Large electric radiator use a lot of electricity?

Not necessarily. Its 2000W rating indicates the maximum power, but actual electricity consumption depends on how long the radiator is heating. The thermostat switches off the heating once the selected temperature is reached and turns it back on when needed to maintain comfort. As a guide, one hour of continuous heating at full power uses 2 kWh of electricity. In everyday use, consumption may be lower thanks to the thermostat. Actual running costs will depend on the room's insulation, the outdoor temperature and your chosen temperature setting.

How long does it take to heat up a room?

It starts producing heat shortly after being switched on, but the time needed to warm the entire room depends on its size, insulation and initial temperature. You can schedule the radiator to switch on in advance so your room is comfortable when you need it. Setting a higher temperature will not make the room heat up faster.

What room size is the Comfy Wifi Large electric radiator suitable for?

No. They do not use a fan, so they operate almost silently without creating draughts.

Yes. The thermostat stops heating once the selected temperature is reached and switches it back on when needed. This maintains a comfortable room temperature without the heating element running continuously.

Yes. You can set different schedules for each day of the week in one-hour intervals and choose the operating mode for each period.

Does the electric radiator require maintenance?

No complicated maintenance is required. Simply remove any accumulated dust regularly using a soft cloth, always making sure the radiator is switched off, unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
