
Anchovies
Ingredients
- 250 gr of clean anchovies, without thorns and open in half.
- 1/2 teaspoon marine salt.
- 70 gr of integral spelled flour.
- Aove to taste to spray.

Let's cook
- Clean anchovies without thorns and open them in half.
- In a bowl add the anchovies and the sea salt, and remove so that they integrate well.
- In another bowl, add the comprehensive spelled flour and on it, batter each of the anchovies.
- Place the anchovies in the air fryer cestillo separated from each other to prevent them from sticking.
- Add extra virgin olive oil to taste (with a spray is easier).
- Cook for 13 minutes at 180ºC.
