Ingredients
  • 250 gr of clean anchovies, without thorns and open in half.
  • 1/2 teaspoon marine salt.
  • 70 gr of integral spelled flour.
  • Aove to taste to spray.

Let's cook
  1. Clean anchovies without thorns and open them in half.
  2. In a bowl add the anchovies and the sea salt, and remove so that they integrate well.
  3. In another bowl, add the comprehensive spelled flour and on it, batter each of the anchovies.
  4. Place the anchovies in the air fryer cestillo separated from each other to prevent them from sticking.
  5. Add extra virgin olive oil to taste (with a spray is easier).
  6. Cook for 13 minutes at 180ºC.
