Let's cook
- Machar the banana and mix with the roast apple.
- Add the nuts of nuts, liquid vanilla and cinnamon, and remove well.
- Add oatmeal and mix well to integrate everything.
- Add a handful of chocolate pepitas and mix well.
- With these amounts they come out between 2 and 3 cookies, distribute the dough in 2 or 3 piles and knead until it shakes rounded shape (if the dough sticks a little more oatmeal can be added).
- Place baking paper on the base of the air fryer and put a cookie every time. Cook 10 minutes at 160ºC.
- Add the toppings.
