
Golden cream
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150gr of anacardos
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric @todoespecias
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry of @todoespecias
- Salt to taste
- Half lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil

Let's cook
- In a pot with a little oil we make a stir -fry with onion and very chopped garlic. Then we add the washed cauliflower and in small trees, the anacardos, the turmeric and the curry. Remove everything to integrate for a minute.
- Cover with water, one liter approximately, put some salt and let cook over medium heat for about 25min until it is soft.
- We pass the cauliflower with the broth to a blender (Rolo uses Mixy Black 1500) until it is fine.
- We go back to the pot, squeeze the half lemon and adjust of salt.
- Serve with bread crutons or with spicy chickpeas made in the Airfryer (cooked chickpeas, oil, paprika and salt, mix and 200ºC by 10min).
