
Provolone crostini, roasted tomatoes and basil
Ingredients
- 10 slices of bread (small).
- 1 provolone cheese.
- 15 Cherry tomatoes (3 halves of slicing tomatoes).
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Marine salt to taste.
- Provencal herbs to taste.
- Fresh basil leaves.

Let's cook
- Enter the slices in the air fryer and heat them to 200ºC for 2-3 minutes.
- Take them carefully and place cheese pieces provolone on top. Cook again 3 minutes to 200ºC.
- Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and mix them well with olive oil, proven herbs and salt.
- With melted cheese, add 3 halves of tomatoes and re -cook 3 minutes to 200ºC.
- Place a fresh basil sheet on each of the slices.
