
Braised endives
Ingredients
- 4 Endivias.
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon of soybeans or tamari.
- 1 Greek yogurt.
- 40 gr. of blue cheese.
- Toppings: crispy almond, rolled almond, 100% integral bread crushed and sauteed with a little Aove.

Let's cook
- Through half transversely the endivias.
- Prepare the Aove, vinegar and soy/tamari mixture and distribute it above each endivia.
- Take the air fryer 10 minutes to 200ºC.
- After time, add 3 tablespoons of water above each endivia and cook 10 minutes to 180ºC.
- Meanwhile, beat the yogurt with the blue cheese.
- When they are ready, take out the endivias with the help of some tweezers and place them in a fountain.
- Add the yogurt and blue cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with the toping you like.
