Ingredients
  • 4 Endivias.
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon of soybeans or tamari.
  • 1 Greek yogurt.
  • 40 gr. of blue cheese.
  • Toppings: crispy almond, rolled almond, 100% integral bread crushed and sauteed with a little Aove.

Let's cook
  1. Through half transversely the endivias.
  2. Prepare the Aove, vinegar and soy/tamari mixture and distribute it above each endivia.
  3. Take the air fryer 10 minutes to 200ºC.
  4. After time, add 3 tablespoons of water above each endivia and cook 10 minutes to 180ºC.
  5. Meanwhile, beat the yogurt with the blue cheese.
  6. When they are ready, take out the endivias with the help of some tweezers and place them in a fountain.
  7. Add the yogurt and blue cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with the toping you like.
