Ingredients
  • 1 avocado.
  • 1 large pink or salad tomato.
  • Granillo pistachios.
  • Balsamic vinegar.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.

Let's cook
  1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the bone and make longitudinal cuts.
  2. Pulverize some olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200ºC.
  3. Meanwhile, wash, peel and cut the tomato in rooms.
  4. Remove the avocado and place it on the plate to prepare the salad. Down it with Aove and a little salt.
  5. Distress the tomato with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and scales and sprinkle pistachio in Granillo above.
