  • 1 avocado.
  • 1 large pink or salad tomato.
  • Pistachios in granules.
  • Balsamic vinegar.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.

Ensalada templada de aguacate y tomate

A cocinar

  1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the bone and make a few longitudinal cuts.
  2. Spray a little olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200ºC.
  3. Meanwhile, wash, peel and cut the tomato into quarters.
  4. Remove the avocado and place it on the plate where you will prepare the salad. Dress it with extra virgin olive oil and a little salt.
  5. Dress the tomato with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and flaky salt and sprinkle pistachio granules on top.
