Ingredientes
- 1 avocado.
- 1 large pink or salad tomato.
- Pistachios in granules.
- Balsamic vinegar.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
A cocinar
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the bone and make a few longitudinal cuts.
- Spray a little olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200ºC.
- Meanwhile, wash, peel and cut the tomato into quarters.
- Remove the avocado and place it on the plate where you will prepare the salad. Dress it with extra virgin olive oil and a little salt.
- Dress the tomato with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and flaky salt and sprinkle pistachio granules on top.
