
Warm avocado and tomato salad
Ingredients
- 1 avocado.
- 1 large pink or salad tomato.
- Granillo pistachios.
- Balsamic vinegar.
- Extra virgin olive oil.

Let's cook
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the bone and make longitudinal cuts.
- Pulverize some olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200ºC.
- Meanwhile, wash, peel and cut the tomato in rooms.
- Remove the avocado and place it on the plate to prepare the salad. Down it with Aove and a little salt.
- Distress the tomato with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and scales and sprinkle pistachio in Granillo above.
