Focaccia in the Airfryer

Ingredientes
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 4 g fresh yeast
  • 175 g warm water
  • 4 g salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Thyme or rosemary to taste
  • Sea salt flakes (optional, for topping)

Focaccia en airfryer
Let's cook
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water with the olive oil. Add the flour and salt, and mix with a spoon or spatula until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise for 1 to 1.5 hours, until doubled in size.
  3. Line the airfryer basket with baking paper, grease it lightly with oil, and place the dough inside. If you like, fold it once or twice before resting for a lighter texture.
  4. Cover again and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the top with olive oil, sprinkle thyme or rosemary and, if desired, sea salt flakes. Press the dough gently with your fingertips to make the classic dimples.
  6. Cook in the airfryer at 160 °C for 15 minutes, then carefully flip and cook 10 more minutes at 170 °C, until golden and fluffy.
