Ingredients
  • 110 g of coconut milk.
  • 5 ml of lemon juice.
  • 120 g of flour.
  • 4 g of baking powder.
  • 2 g of sodium bicarbonate.
  • 75 g of fresh blueberries.
  • 50 g of sugar.
  • 60 ml of coconut oil.
  • 1 lemon zest.
  • 1 g of salt.
  • 5 ml of vanilla extract.

Muffins de arándanos
Let's cook
  1. Mix the lemon juice and coconut milk. Reserve.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate and salt in a separate bowl. Reserve.
  3. Mix the sugar, coconut oil, lemon zest and vanilla extract in another container. Then add them to the coconut and lemon mixture and beat.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients with wet gradually, until a homogeneous mixture is.
