Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 150 g of oatmeal.
  • 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast.
  • 100 g of 85% chocolate.
  • 60 g of chopped walnuts.

Pastel de plátano y chocolate

Let's cook

  1. In a blender, mash the banana and the eggs. Beat well until very foamy.
  2. Add the sifted flour and yeast to the mixture. Keep beating.
  3. Add 50 grams of chopped chocolate and 40 grams of chopped nuts. mold It is recommended to do it in plum cake molds that fit in the air fryer.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 160ºC for 25 minutes.
  5. Once cooked and cooled, melt the rest of the chocolate and pour over the cake, along with the rest of the chopped nuts, to decorate.
