Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 150 g of oatmeal.
  • 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast.
  • 100 g of chocolate of 85%.
  • 60 g of chopped nuts.

Pastel de plátano y chocolate
Let's cook
  1. In a blender, crush banana and eggs. Beat well until it is very foamy.
  2. Add the sifted flour and yeast to the mixture. Keep beating.
  3. Add 50 grams of chopped chocolate and 40 grams of nuts to pieces. Enmoldar. It is advisable to do it in Plum Cake molds that you think in the air fryer.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 160ºC for 25 minutes.
  5. Once cooked and cooled, melt the rest of the chocolate and throw over the cake, along with the rest of the chopped nuts, to decorate.
