Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas.
- 4 eggs.
- 150 g of oatmeal.
- 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast.
- 100 g of 85% chocolate.
- 60 g of chopped walnuts.

- In a blender, mash the banana and the eggs. Beat well until very foamy.
- Add the sifted flour and yeast to the mixture. Keep beating.
- Add 50 grams of chopped chocolate and 40 grams of chopped nuts. mold It is recommended to do it in plum cake molds that fit in the air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer at 160ºC for 25 minutes.
- Once cooked and cooled, melt the rest of the chocolate and pour over the cake, along with the rest of the chopped nuts, to decorate.
