
Vegetable rolls with rice paper
Ingredients

- To mount the rolls, we brush the wafer with water on both sides, we wait a little to put a little soft (so that they do not break when they bend them), we place a spoonful of the mixture in the center and roll them slowly.
- We brush the rolls with very little oil and cook them in the fryer 10 minutes at 180ºC.
