  1. Peel the carrot and cut all vegetables into small pieces.
  2. We put a wide pan with a splash of olive oil and sauté the vegetables with a little salt until they are soft, between 10-15 minutes, we add the soy sauce, the wordestershire and a little tabasco if you feel like
    A spicy point. Remove, add the sesame oil and cook another minute to integrate flavors.
  3. We let it be turned before the rolls, this part you can prepare it in advance and save it in the fridge.
  4. To mount the rolls, we brush the wafer with water on both sides, we wait a little to put a little soft (so that they do not break when they bend them), we place a spoonful of the mixture in the center and roll them slowly.
  5. We brush the rolls with very little oil and cook them in the fryer 10 minutes at 180ºC.
  6. We serve with bitter sauce, more soy sauce or the one you like the most.
