Ingredients

  • 1 Iberian secret (between 250-300 gr).
  • Virgin olive oil.
  • Salt flake.
  • Cherry tomatoes.
  • Piquillo peppers.

Secreto ibérico

Let's cook

  1. Preheat the fryer for 2 minutes at 200ºC.
  2. Cook the secret adding a little oil on top for 12 minutes at 180ºC (if you prefer more toasted you can leave it for 1 more minute).
  3. Sprinkle flake salt.
  4. Serve accompanied by cherry tomatoes and peppers.
