Ingredients
- 1 Iberian secret (between 250-300 gr).
- Virgin olive oil.
- Salt flake.
- Cherry tomatoes.
- Piquillo peppers.
Let's cook
- Preheat the fryer for 2 minutes at 200ºC.
- Cook the secret adding a little oil on top for 12 minutes at 180ºC (if you prefer more toasted you can leave it for 1 more minute).
- Sprinkle flake salt.
- Serve accompanied by cherry tomatoes and peppers.
