
Iberian secret
Ingredients
- 1 Iberian secret (between 250-300 gr).
- Virgin olive oil.
- Steal of scales.
- Cherry tomatoes.
- Piquillo peppers.

Let's cook
- Preheat the fryer 2 minutes at 200ºC.
- Cooking the secret by adding a little oil over 12 minutes to 180ºC (if more toasted you can leave 1 more minute).
- Sprinkle scales salt.
- Serve accompanied by cherry tomatoes and peppers.
