
Roasted peaches
Ingredients
- 2 large peach.
- 120 ml of water.
- 40 gr of butter.
- 16 gr of panela.

Let's cook
- Wash and cut the peaches in half by removing the bone.
- Preheat the air fryer 2 minutes at 180ºC.
- Use the “Pizza Mold” accessory and add 120 ml of water and boneless peachs to be uphill (if you do not have this accessory you can use an air frying plate).
- In the gaps left by the peach bone, add 10 gr of butter for each half peach and 4 gr. of panela.
- Cook 15 minutes at 180ºC.
