1. Wash and cut the peaches in half, removing the pit.
2. Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 180ºC.
3. Use the “pizza mold” accessory and add 120 ml of water and pitted peaches face up (if you don't have this accessory you can use a plate suitable for an air fryer).
4. In the holes left by the peach pit, add 10 gr of butter for each peach half and 4 gr. of panela
5. Cook 15 minutes at 180ºC.
