1. Wash and cut the red plums in quarters and add them to the “cake pan” accessory (if you do not have the accessory, use a bowl suitable for an air fryer).
2. Add the brown sugar and water, and cook for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
3. Wait for it to cool down and beat to taste with the hand mixer.
