Ingredients
- 300 gr of red plums.
- 50 gr of brown sugar or erythritol.
- 40 ml of water.
Let's cook
- Wash and cut the red plums in quarters and add them to the “cake pan” accessory (if you do not have the accessory, use a bowl suitable for an air fryer).
- Add the brown sugar and water, and cook for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
- Wait for it to cool down and beat to taste with the hand mixer.
