EXTENDED INFORMATION
At Mellerware we want to offer you functionalities, services and advantages associated with your product, although, in order to benefit from all of them, you must give us permission to process your personal data.
We want to be totally transparent, so here you will find all the extended information about the processing of your data.
1.- Who is responsible for processing your data?
Your data will be incorporated into a file whose sole responsibility will be the company SDA Europe, S.L.U., with C.I.F. B- 67524504 and address: Calle Balmes 351 1º 1ª Barcelona 08006 Spain. It is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Lleida in Volume 1440, Folio 186, Sheet L28942.

2.- Why do we want your data and for what purpose do we treat it?
First of all, we inform you that the acceptance of data processing is absolutely necessary so that we can offer you the functionalities, services and advantages associated with your product. Otherwise we will not be able to manage the services.
We need your data to register you and identify that a specific product belongs to you. This will enable the proper functioning of the application and the functionalities of the product and will facilitate the management of our After-Sales Service, which will help you in the hypothetical case that your product suffers an incident. Therefore, when you register in the application and with its subsequent use, we may collect certain personal data, specifically the email, telephone number, username and IP of the mobile device. You will then be able to identify your product, for which the identification data and serial number related to it will be automatically collected. Later you can include other personal information such as a nickname, profile picture, country code, time zone or language or make inquiries.
While you use our services, data related to visits, clicks, downloads, messages sent and received and other data on the use of the services will be collected.
We may also have access to certain identification data of the mobile device that is necessary for the correct functioning of the application (MAC address, IP address, Wireless connection, operating system, version of the application, application logs, notification identifier and the mobile network information). These data may include the geolocation of the device, data necessary to be able to offer you certain functionalities of the application, such as the weather forecast.
Through the mobile application you can make comments and suggestions that will be attended by our responsible services and with the sole purpose of giving a full response to them.
We will have access to the data and parameters of use and functionalities of the product (name of the device and its ID, online status, activation time and firmware version) Depending on the product that has been identified and connected by the user, we can collect different information sent by the product, thus, in the case of smart scales, we can collect data on weight, height, body mass and other data provided by the product or in the case of cameras or products that include a camera, we can collect images and videos captured by the cameras themselves. In the case of vacuum cleaners that incorporate this functionality, the information on the mapping of your work area will also be collected.
We will use this information to know exactly how the product is used and thus ensure the functionalities of the product, establish parameters to improve our products and services to adapt them to users, analyze the efficiency of operations as well as to perform the service more effectively. post-sale if necessary.
If your product can interact with voice assistance services (Alexa, google assistant, Siri, ...) and you have registered for these third-party services, you will have to accept the privacy and data protection notices of these services. That relationship is exclusive between the person in charge of the voice assistance service and you.
These services will exchange relevant information with our product so that we can offer you the functionalities that the product offers. We will receive the content of your request, but not the recording of your voice. In response to your request, we will strictly exchange the information necessary to fulfill the request you made through the voice assistance service.
In order to get to know our users better, we will use the information for statistical purposes. This will help us generate concrete actions aimed at different population profiles.
3.- How long will we keep your data?
We will keep your data for the time necessary to correctly manage the indicated services. If you decide to unsubscribe, the personal data you have provided us will be removed from all active databases for 15 days following the date of cancellation, and the usage data collected will be processed anonymously for statistical purposes only.
4.- What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
By voluntarily registering, regardless of the device from which you do it, and accepting the processing of personal data, giving your consent, you legitimize us so that we know your data, we can incorporate them into our database and we can treat them with the purpose described above and in accordance with everything established in this document.
5.- To which recipients will your data be communicated?
We will not transfer data to third parties, except by legal obligation.
However, we inform you that personal data may be accessed by certain third parties whose action is necessary to be able to provide you with the services. These third parties may access this data and use it only to fulfill the functions and tasks that have been entrusted to them.
In certain circumstances it is possible that the company in charge of data processing, or any of the companies subcontracted by it, are located in countries outside the European Economic Area (such as the United States of America, the People's Republic of China and others) and that they do not They have a decision of adequacy and adequate guarantees by the European Commission regarding the protection of personal data. For this reason, we expressly request that you explicitly grant us your consent so that the aforementioned companies can access your personal data for the sole purposes indicated.
6.- What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Anyone has the right to know if SDA Europe treats their data.
In the event that you decide to register, you will have the right at any time to access your personal data, rectify them in the event that they are not correct or have changed and even request suspension when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary. for the purpose for which they were delivered. The exercise of opposition is equal to that of suspension.
The portability and decision automation exercises do not apply to the type of data and their treatment.
The exercise of the rights indicated above can be done through two channels:
