1.- Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

2.- What do we want your data for and for what purpose do we process it?


First of all, we inform you that the acceptance of the data processing is totally necessary so that we can offer you the functionalities, services and advantages associated with your product. Otherwise we will not be able to manage the services.


We need your data to register and identify that a particular product belongs to you. This will enable the correct functioning of the application and the functionalities of the product and facilitate the management to our After-Sales Service, which will help you in the hypothetical case that your product suffers any incident. Therefore, by registering in the application and with its subsequent use, we may collect certain personal data, namely the email, phone number, username and IP of the mobile device. You will then be able to identify your product, for which the identification and serial number data related to it will be automatically collected. You can then include other personal information such as a nickname, profile picture, country code, time zone, or idioconsultations.


While using our services, data related to visits, clicks, downloads, messages sent and received and other usage data for the services will be collected.


We may also have access to certain mobile device identification data that is necessary for the proper functioning of the application (MAC address, IP address, Wireless connection, operating system, application version, application logs, notification ID and mobile network information). This data may include the geolocation of the device, data necessary to be able to offer you certain functionalities of the application, such as the weather forecast.


Through the mobile application you will be able to make comments and suggestions that will be attended by our responsible services and for the sole purpose of responding to them.


We will have access to the data and parameters of use and functionalities of the product (device name and its ID, online status, activation time and firmware version) Depending on the product that has been identified and connected by the user, we may collect different information sent by the product, so, in the case of smart scales, we can collect weight data , height, body mass and rest of the data provided by the product or in the case of cameras or products that include a camera, we can collect images and videos captured by the cameras themselves. In the case of vacuum cleaners that incorporate this functionality, the mapping information you perform from your work area will also be collected.


We will use this information to understand exactly how the product is used and thus ensure the functionalities of the product, establish parameters of improvement of our products and services to adapt them to users, analyze the efficiency of operations as well as to perform more effectively the after-sales service if necessary.


If your product can interact with voice support services (Alexa, google assistant, Siri, ...) and you have entries in these third-party services you will have to accept the privacy and data protection notices of these services. That relationship is unique between you and the voice support manager.

These services will exchange with our product the relevant information so that we can offer you the functionalities that the product offers. We will receive the content of your request, but not the recording of your voice. In response to your request, we will strictly exchange the information necessary to fulfill your request through voice support.


In order to better understand our users, we will use the information for statistical purposes. This will help us generate concrete actions aimed at different population profiles.


3.- How long will we keep your data?


We will keep your data for as long as necessary to correctly manage the indicated services. If you decide to unsubscribe, the personal data you have provided to us will be deleted from all active databases within 15 days of the date of cancellation, and the usage data collected will be processed only for statistical purposes anonymously.


4.- What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?


By voluntarily registering, whatever device you do, and accepting the processing of personal data, giving your consent, you legitimize us to know your data, we can incorporate it into our database and we can process it for the purpose described above and in accordance with toas set out in this document.



5.- To which recipients will your data be communicated?


We will not transfer data to third parties, except by legal obligation.

However, we inform you that certain third parties whose action is necessary in order to provide the services to you may access the personal data. These third parties may access this data and use it only to perform the functions and tasks en assigned to them.

In certain circumstances, the data processing company, or any of the companies subcontracted by it, may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area (such as the United States of America, the People's Republic of China and others) and that they do not have an adequacy decision and adequate safeguards on the part of the European Commission regarding the protection of personal data. Anyone has the right to know if we process your data from SDA Europe.


In the event that you decide to register, you have the right at any time to access your personal data, rectify it in the event that it is not correct or have changed and even to request the suspension when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose that were delivered. The exercise of opposition is equal to that of suspension.


Portability and decision automation exercises do not apply to data typology and data processing.
