Chicken wings with barbecue sauce
Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 300 g of cooked basmati rice, as accompaniment
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Dry herbs: thyme, rosemary, ...
Para la salsa barbacoa
- 10 cucharadas de ketchup
- 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja
- 2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
- 1 cucharada de mostaza
- 2 cucharadas de miel
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 1 cucharada de pimentón dulce

Let's cook
- Las Alitas smear with a splash of olive oil. This will help the condiments stick well and are extra crispy.
- Season the wings with your favorite condiments. In this case we are going to do it with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika (which gives it a touch that reminds of grilled cooking), thyme and rosemary.
- The wings have to be well covered.
- Enter them in the air fryer and cook 15 minutes at 180 ° C. After this time, turn them and cook them 5 additional minutes at 200 ° C.
- For barbecue sauce: In a saucepan, heat the vinegar with soy sauce. Add the rest of the ingredients and not stop stirring. Keep the saucepan over low heat and stir so that all ingredients integrate well. When you have a creamy texture, remove from heat.
- Serve the chicken wings with the cooked basmati rice and the homemade barbecue sauce.
