
Grilled cod with potatoes and onion
Ingredients
- 2 desalted cod loins.
- 2 cooked eggs.
- 2 potatoes.
- 1 onion.
- Spinach and black olives to serve.

Let's cook
- Laminar the potatoes and onion. It can be done with a mandolin so that all the sheets of the same size are left and they are cooked more uniformly.
- In a fountain, place the potatoes and onion and spray them with three tablespoons of Aove. Enter the source into the air fryer.
- Cook potatoes and onion for 20 minutes at 170ºC. In the middle of the cooking (at 10 minutes) turn the potatoes and onion so that they are cooking on both sides.
- After this time, add the cod on the potatoes and onion and cook for 8 more minutes at 180ºC.
- Serve together with the cooked egg, spinach and olives on top.
