
Zucchini sticks
Ingredients
- 350 gr of washing zucchini and without peeling cut into canes.
- 1 beaten egg.
- 60 gr. of almond flour.
- 10 gr. of nutritional yeast (vegan option) or Parmesan cheese.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of parsley.
for the sauce
- 1 Greek yogurt.
- 1.5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Juice of ½ small lemon.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- mint to taste
- Very finely chopped cucumber (optional).

Let's cook
- Cut the zucchini into canes (previously washed and without peel).
- Beat the egg.
- Prepare almond flour, nutritional yeast or Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley, and mix well.
- Pass each bast by egg and then through the mixture of flour, nutritional yeast or parmesan, parsley and salt.
- Place in the basket and spray with olive oil on top. Cook for 8 minutes at 180ºC.
