Ingredientes
  • 350 gr of washed and unpeeled zucchini cut into sticks.
  • 1 beaten egg.
  • 60 grams of almond flour.
  • 10 grams nutritional yeast (vegan option) or Parmesan cheese.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley.
for the sauce
  • 1 Greek yogurt.
  • 1.5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Juice of ½ small lemon.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • mint to taste
  • Very finely chopped cucumber (optional).

Bastones de calabacín
Let's cook
  1. Cut the zucchini into sticks (previously washed and unpeeled).
  2. Whisk the egg.
  3. Prepare the almond flour, nutritional yeast or Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley, and mix well.
  4. Pass each stick through the egg and then through the mixture of flour, nutritional yeast or Parmesan, parsley and salt.
  5. Place in the basket and spray with olive oil on top. Cook for 8 minutes at 180ºC.
