Ingredientes
- 350 gr of washed and unpeeled zucchini cut into sticks.
- 1 beaten egg.
- 60 grams of almond flour.
- 10 grams nutritional yeast (vegan option) or Parmesan cheese.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of parsley.
for the sauce
- 1 Greek yogurt.
- 1.5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Juice of ½ small lemon.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- mint to taste
- Very finely chopped cucumber (optional).
A cocinar
- Cut the zucchini into sticks (previously washed and unpeeled).
- Whisk the egg.
- Prepare the almond flour, nutritional yeast or Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley, and mix well.
- Pass each stick through the egg and then through the mixture of flour, nutritional yeast or Parmesan, parsley and salt.
- Place in the basket and spray with olive oil on top. Cook for 8 minutes at 180ºC.
