Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- salt flakes
- Virgin olive oil.
- Butter.
- Spices to taste.
Let's cook
- Wash the sweet potato and remove any traces of dirt it may have.
- Make a few transversal cuts without cutting them completely.
- Put the sweet potato in the basket and spray with olive oil so that it falls into each of the cuts. Add a taste of salt.
- Cook for 25 minutes at 200ºC.
- When removing, add diced butter (it will melt), spices to taste, and flake salt.
