Hasselback Potato
Ingredients
- 1 big sweet potato.
- Steal of scales.
- Virgin olive oil.
- Butter.
- Spices to taste.
Let's cook
- Wash the sweet potato and remove any trace of land that you can have.
- Make cross cuts without completely cut.
- Put the sweet potato in the basket and spray with olive oil so that it falls in each of the cuts. Add a taste of salt.
- Cook for 25 minutes at 200ºC.
- When taking it out, add butter pieces (it will melt), spices to taste and scales salt.
