
Mozzarella balls with blueberry jam
Ingredients
- 180 gr. of Mozzarella balls.
- Comprehensive breadcrumbs, egg and a pinch of sea salt to rebola.
- 100 gr. of blueberries.
- 25 ml. water.
- 15 gr. of the sweetener (erythritol, raw honey, panela, etc).

Let's cook
- Drain well and dry each of the Mozzarella balls.
- Pass them first through egg and then by breadcrumbs (if it can be better integral). Take them to the freezer until they freeze.
- Prepare quick blueberry jam. In a saucepan, add the water, then the blueberries and finally the desired sweetener. Cook over medium low heat until water and blueberries are reduced are soft.
- Let temper and crush blueberries with the help of a fork.
- When the balls are frozen, preheat the air fryer 2 min to 200ºC and add the balls spraying olive oil on top. Cook 6 minutes at 200ºC.
- Serve just made accompanied by blueberry jam.
- An alternative of blueberries can be strawberries or raspberries.
