Ingredients
  • 2 Round zucchini or Luna zucchini.
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes.
  • 1 fresh mozzarella or other cheese that is founded well.
  • Sea salt
  • Granillo pistachios or almonds.
  • Prepared from: Extra virgin olive oil, Provencal herbs, a pinch of sea salt.

Let's cook
  1. Wash the zucchini and cut at the top (leaving a lid).
  2. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes, cut the mozzarella and add it to the zucchini container.
  3. Add salt to taste and remove well.
  4. Add on top of extra virgin olive oil, Provencal herbs and sea salt (add 2 tablespoons of this preparation for each zucchini).
  5. Cook 14 minutes at 180ºC.
  6. Take care with care and sprinkle almond or pistachio granillo before serving.
