
Zucchini stuffed with tomato and cheese
Ingredients
- 2 Round zucchini or Luna zucchini.
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes.
- 1 fresh mozzarella or other cheese that is founded well.
- Sea salt
- Granillo pistachios or almonds.
- Prepared from: Extra virgin olive oil, Provencal herbs, a pinch of sea salt.

Let's cook
- Wash the zucchini and cut at the top (leaving a lid).
- Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes, cut the mozzarella and add it to the zucchini container.
- Add salt to taste and remove well.
- Add on top of extra virgin olive oil, Provencal herbs and sea salt (add 2 tablespoons of this preparation for each zucchini).
- Cook 14 minutes at 180ºC.
- Take care with care and sprinkle almond or pistachio granillo before serving.
