Ingredients
- 300 g of cream cheese.
- 3 eggs.
- 200 ml of liquid cream (35% m.g.).
- 40 g of erythritol (or 80 g of sugar).
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (or flour).

Let's cook
- Separate the yolk and egg white into two boles.
- In the bowl of the yolks: add the cream cheese, the liquid cream and the cornstarch. Mix well until everything is well integrated.
- In the bol of the whites: Beat about to snow. When they start riding, add the sugar little by little and finish beating until a firm and foamy texture is.
- Gently mix the two mixtures (that of the yolks and that of the whites), with soft and enveloping movements.
- Fort a round mold of about 22 cm with baking paper. Pour the dough.
- Cook in the air fryer first 20 minutes at 150 ° C and then 5 minutes at 170 ° C, to take a beautiful gold color on top. You will see that it is a cheesecake that is super soft and spongy, by carrying the whites very well mounted.
