Ingredients
  • 1 cup of comprehensive spelled flour.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil for each batch that goals in the fryer.
  • Sugar or erythritol to sprinkle.

Let's cook
  1. Put in a casserole to boil the water with the salt.
  2. When it breaks to boil, add the flour and remove from the heat.
  3. Remove well and let temper.
  4. Once tempered take the dough with your hands and knead.
  5. To make the churro shape you can use a pastry bag with a star nozzle or a churrera.
  6. Preheat the air fryer at 200ºC for 3 minutes.
  7. Place the churros in ranks (preventing them from sticking and mounted), pulverizing or adding extra virgin olive oil and cooking 10 minutes to 200ºC.
  8. You can make more churros, simply multiplying the quantities x2, x3, etc.
