
Express cinnamon rolls
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry package.
- 50 g of butter at room temperature.
- 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon.
- 50 g of brown sugar.

Let's cook
- Mix the butter with ground cinnamon and brown sugar. You will see that a kind of pasta is created.
- Extend the puff pastry on a flat surface and, above, spread the previous mixture to cover the entire dough.
- Roll the dough and, once made, cut it into pieces. Each piece must be about 2-3 cm wide.
- In a mold suitable for fryer without pastel oil, place each piece of dough. The part that has a spiral shape should look up.
- Cook in the fryer without oil, previously preheated, for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
