Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry.
- 50 g of butter at room temperature.
- 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon.
- 50 g of brown sugar.
Let's cook
- Mix the butter with the ground cinnamon and brown sugar. You will see that a kind of paste is created.
- Spread the puff pastry on a flat surface and, on top, spread the previous mixture until it covers the entire dough.
- Roll up the dough and, once done, cut it into pieces. Each piece should be about 2-3 cm wide.
- In a mold suitable for a cake-type fryer without oil, place each piece of dough. The part that is shaped like a spiral should be facing up.
- Cook in the fryer without oil, previously preheated, for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
