Carolina Honey Ribs
Ingredients
- 700 gr. of Iberian pork rib.
- 1 small sweet onion.
- 4 tablespoons of tomato concentrate.
- 2 tablespoons of apple vinegar.
- 5 tablespoons of water.
- 3.5 tablespoons of honey.
- Pepper to taste.
- Salt to taste.
Let's cook
- Cook in water and salt the rib between 1h 30min and 2h.
- Meanwhile, in a pan brown the onion in pieces, add the tomato concentrate, vinegar, water, honey, salt and pepper and let cook over medium heat (5 of 9).
- When the onion is soft, let the sauce temper and beat the hand blender.
- Remove the rib, drain it well and cut it in half to fit the air fryer.
- Add on top of the rib, sauce and turn it so that it is impregnated well.
- Take the air fryer 20 minutes at 180ºC. Turn the rib and cook another 15 minutes at 180ºC.
- When taking out the rib, sprinkling sesame seeds on top.
