Ingredientes
- 16 dumpling wafers.
- 150 g of mozzarella cheese.
For the sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
- 2 tablespoons of date puree or sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
- 12 tablespoons of water.
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

- Spread the dumpling wafers on the kitchen counter.
- Place the mozzarella cheese in the center of each wafer.
- Close the dough well in the form of circles, hexagons, bars or whatever you like the most!
- Cook the cheese packets in the fryer without oil for 10 minutes at 190°C.
- For the sweet and sour sauce: dissolve the cornstarch with the cold water.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, date puree, tomato sauce, and water with cornstarch.
- Cook the sauce for about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens. You can make more and store it in the fridge!
- Serve the sweet and sour sauce next to the crispy cheese. It is a very easy and rich appetizer.
