Cheese crisps with sweet and sour sauce

1. Spread the dumpling wafers on the kitchen counter.
2. Place the mozzarella cheese in the center of each wafer.
3. Close the dough well in the form of circles, hexagons, bars or whatever you like the most!
4. Cook the cheese packets in the fryer without oil for 10 minutes at 190°C.
5. For the sweet and sour sauce: dissolve the cornstarch with the cold water.
6. In a pan over medium heat, add the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, date puree, tomato sauce, and water with cornstarch.
7. Cook the sauce for about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens. You can make more and store it in the fridge!
8. Serve the sweet and sour sauce next to the crispy cheese. It is a very easy and rich appetizer.
