Ingredients
  • 2 hard eggs
  • 4 large tablespoons of red pesto
  • 2 tuna cans
  • A package of wafers, 16 usually come
  • Salt

Empanadillas de atún y pesto rojo
Let's cook
  1. Chop the hard eggs and mix them with red pesto.
  2. Add the tuna to the mixture and a little more red pesto if you believe it necessary.
  3. Fill the empanadillas with the mixture.
  4. Cut them and shape with the fingers or with a fork to prevent them from opening in the Air Fryer.
  5. Carnish them with a little beaten egg so that they are very bright.
  6. Take them to the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, and voila!
