Tuna and red pesto turnovers
Ingredients
- 2 hard eggs
- 4 large tablespoons of red pesto
- 2 tuna cans
- A package of wafers, 16 usually come
- Salt
Let's cook
- Chop the hard eggs and mix them with red pesto.
- Add the tuna to the mixture and a little more red pesto if you believe it necessary.
- Fill the empanadillas with the mixture.
- Cut them and shape with the fingers or with a fork to prevent them from opening in the Air Fryer.
- Carnish them with a little beaten egg so that they are very bright.
- Take them to the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, and voila!
