Ingredients
  • 1/2 liter of whole milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of matcha tea.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar (or erythritol).
  • 4 tablespoons of arce syrup.

Let's cook
  1. Heat the milk and, in it, dissolve the matcha tea well. Let the mixture cool.
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar. Once they are well integrated, add the milk with the tea.
  3. In each jar where the flan will be cooked, distribute a tablespoon of maple syrup.
  4. Add the milk mixture in each jar.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 160ºC, depending on the size of the flanes.
