
Matcha tea flan
Ingredients
- 1/2 liter of whole milk.
- 1 tablespoon of matcha tea.
- 4 eggs.
- 3 tablespoons of sugar (or erythritol).
- 4 tablespoons of arce syrup.

Let's cook
- Heat the milk and, in it, dissolve the matcha tea well. Let the mixture cool.
- In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar. Once they are well integrated, add the milk with the tea.
- In each jar where the flan will be cooked, distribute a tablespoon of maple syrup.
- Add the milk mixture in each jar.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 160ºC, depending on the size of the flanes.
