Homemade granola
Ingredients
- 20g of cocoa nibs.
- 20g of orejones to pieces.
- 20g of chopped hazelnuts.
- 20g of sugarless cornflakes.
- 20g of chocolate 85%.
For the cookie:
- 120g of oatmeal.
- 80g of cashews.
- 40g of coconut oil.
- 80 g of soaked dates.

Let's cook
- Crush the anacardos until you have a fine dust. Add the oatmeal, the dates soaked and the coconut oil and continue beating. There is a texture similar to bread crumbs (crumble).
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180ºC, with a baking paper underneath. After 5 minutes of cooking time, give a wiggle so that everything is cooked equally.
- After all the time, get out of the air fryer and let cool.
- To prepare the granola: mix the crumble or crumbled cookie freshly made with the cocoa nibs, the ears, the hazelnuts, the cornflakes and the chocolate in pieces.
- Save in a very tight glass jar and use for all the recipes you want.
