Ingredients
  • 200gr of oat flakes
  • 50gr of laminated almonds
  • 40gr of raw almonds or other dry fruit
  • 30gr of grated coconut
  • 50gr of chocolate pepitas
  • 50gr of agave syrup
  • 40gr of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Let's cook
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except chocolate nuggets, everything has to be well impregnated in coconut oil and agave syrup.
  2. Cook La Granola at 160ºC for 11 minutes. If you want to toast it a little more, leave it 2 extra minutes.
  3. When the half of the time has passed, the granola removes so that everything is added uniformly.
  4. Add half of the chocolate nuggets if you want them to be founded with oatmeal.
  5. Let cool and incorporate the rest of chocolate pepitas.
  6. Guard them in a hermetic boat to stop well crispy.
