
Homemade granola in air fryer
Ingredients
- 200gr of oat flakes
- 50gr of laminated almonds
- 40gr of raw almonds or other dry fruit
- 30gr of grated coconut
- 50gr of chocolate pepitas
- 50gr of agave syrup
- 40gr of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon of salt

Let's cook
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except chocolate nuggets, everything has to be well impregnated in coconut oil and agave syrup.
- Cook La Granola at 160ºC for 11 minutes. If you want to toast it a little more, leave it 2 extra minutes.
- When the half of the time has passed, the granola removes so that everything is added uniformly.
- Add half of the chocolate nuggets if you want them to be founded with oatmeal.
- Let cool and incorporate the rest of chocolate pepitas.
- Guard them in a hermetic boat to stop well crispy.
