Nachos with guacamole
Ingredients
- Whole wheat tortilla (1 tortilla per person).
- Olive oil 1 teaspoon per tortilla.
- 1 pinch of sea salt.
for the guacamole
- 1 avocado.
- 1/2 small sweet onion.
- Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to taste.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
- Sea salt.
Let's cook
- Cut the wheat tortillas into triangles with the help of a pizza cutter or scissors.
- Add the triangles in a bowl with the oil and salt and mix well.
- Cook in the air fryer at 200ºC for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the guacamole by mixing all the ingredients in a food processor.
