Gluten-free Neapolitans in air fryer
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 12 sheets of rice paper
- 200 ml of milk
- 15 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Chocolate tablet, to taste

- Mix it with milk, if it can be better at room temperature, and the previously melted butter.
- Wet 3 wafer of rice paper in the mixture, one by one.

- In the center, place a piece of chocolate.
