Ingredientes
- Turkey tenderloin (for approx. 10 nuggets).
- Cream cheese.
- Gluten-free batter made from corn or crushed cornflakes.
- Egg.
- Salt and pepper to taste.

- Plain yogurt.
- Mustard.
- 1 teaspoon of honey.
A cocinar
- Cut the turkey tenderloin into small pieces.
- Season each piece.
- Spread cream cheese on each side of the nugget.
- Go through the beaten egg and then through the crushed corn or the gluten-free batter.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the batter settles.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC and cook for 7 minutes at 200ºC.
- Serve with the sweet but healthier mustard-style sauce.
