Ingredientes

  • Turkey tenderloin (for approx. 10 nuggets).
  • Cream cheese.
  • Gluten-free batter made from corn or crushed cornflakes.
  • Egg.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

for the sauce

  • Plain yogurt.
  • Mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon of honey.
Nuggets de pavo rellenos de queso

A cocinar

  1. Cut the turkey tenderloin into small pieces.
  2. Season each piece.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each side of the nugget.
  4. Go through the beaten egg and then through the crushed corn or the gluten-free batter.
  5. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the batter settles.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC and cook for 7 minutes at 200ºC.
  7. Serve with the sweet but healthier mustard-style sauce.
