Ingredients
  • 5 eggs.
  • 1/2 large or 1 small onion.
  • 1/2 leek (only the white part).
  • 1 bunch of triguerous asparagus.
  • 1 fresh mozzarella pack or any other cheese with good ingredients.
  • Marine salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper to taste.

Let's cook
  1. Wash and cut the onion and leek into pieces. Wash the trigueros asparagus, remove the stem and cut the rest. Reserve the vegetable.
  2. Beat the 5 eggs in a bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and remove well. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and add to the egg.
  3. Add vegetables and remove.
  4. Put the mixture in two small oven molds and take to the air fryer at 190ºC for 15-20 minutes.
