Ingredients
  • 4 washed potatoes without peeling.
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and salt.
for the sauce
  • 140 grams of Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Let's cook
  1. Preheat the fryer 2 minutes at 200ºC.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into segments.
  3. Once cut, put them in a bowl with very cold water to release the starch.
  4. Dry them with a kitchen paper and in a bowl Add the olive oil and salt.
  5. Cook in the air fryer 10 minutes at 200ºC (open the basket and remove from time to time)
  6. Cook 12 more minutes (if necessary it can be pulverized or add a little more of Aove on) to 200ºC.
