Chicken with mustard and honey
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs.
- 4 tablespoons of mustard.
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
- 5 tablespoons of coconut water.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 tablespoon of oregano.
Let's cook
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let the chicken macerate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- After the time, cook the chicken to the air fryer for 25 minutes to 200ºC.
