Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs.
- 4 tablespoons of mustard.
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
- 5 tablespoons of coconut water.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 tablespoon of oregano.
Let's cook
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave the chicken to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
- After the time has elapsed, cook the chicken in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 200ºC.
- Serve accompanied by baked potatoes and salad.
