Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree.
  • 2 espresso coffees.
  • 500 ml of whole milk.
  • 2 tablespoons of arce syrup.
  • 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg.
  • 1 nail.

Let's cook
  1. Mix cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and nail. Let everything be well crushed, to create your own mixture of spices.
  2. In the Smooth blender introduce the pumpkin puree, the coffee, the arce syrup, half of the milk and the mixture of spices that have been previously created. Mix well until everything is well integrated.
  3. If no pumpkin puree is available, simply introduce 150 grams of pumpkin to diced in the microwave for 5-8 minutes, until it is soft and crush until it turns it into mash.
  4. On the other hand, mount or foam the rest of milk until it is very creamy and add over the drink. To foam the milk, our frothy foam can help you.
  5. Serve the drink in a cup or glass and add a pinch of the spices mixture above.
  6. It is a drink that you can drink both cold and hot!
