Puff pastry and apple rolls in air fryer
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry plate
- 2 apples
- 1 egg
- 1 splash of milk cream
- Sugar
- Vanilla powder
- Cinnamon
- Toasted sesame

Let's cook
- Cut the puff pastry into strips with a sharp knife and when the dough is still very cold.
- Peel the apples, cut them into thick slices and remove the central part with a circular piece.
- Rolle two puff pastry strips for each slice more or less and cover most of the apple.
- Place the rolls on the air fryer tray and ask them with a mixture of egg, sugar, vanilla powder and milk cream.
- Sprinkle them with sugar, cinnamon and roasted sesame.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200ºC for 2 minutes and then put the rolls for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
- Turn the rolls and program the fryer again for 10 more minutes at 170ºC.
- Let them cool and will be ready to consume.
