Ingredients
  • 300 gr. of potato cut in very thin slices.
  • 15 gr of Aove.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 100 ml of water.

Let's cook
  1. Place the potato lacquers in the frying pizzas accessory (if the accessory is not available, a similar container can be used). Add 15 gr. of Aove.
  2. Cook at 180ºC for 10 minutes (take out the basket during cooking to remove).
  3. Add 100 ml of water and remove.
  4. Cook again at 170ºC 18 minutes (take out the basket during cooking to remove).
  5. In a bowl Add the 3 beaten eggs. Add the potatoes to the bowl and crush with the help of a fork. Rectify salt if necessary.
  6. In an non -stringent pan, put a few drops of Aove and when it is hot add the mixture. When it is set to taste, turn it over and brown again.
  7. Serve hot accompanied by salad.
