Ingredients
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetening to taste.
  • 1 beaten egg.
  • 7 small slices of whole wheat bread.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.

Let's cook
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl except bread, and remove well.
  2. Once we have the mixture, wet each of the slices well (they have to be well soaked).
  3. Carefully place each of the slices in the air fryer and spray a little extra virgin olive oil on top.
  4. Cook 10 minutes at 180ºC.
  5. Once cooked, add topings to taste (honey, chocolate 85%, fruit, etc).
